IAIN Cirebon currently offers 29 bachelor programs under three faculty, four master programs, and two doctoral programs. The forming of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon is from the spirit of creating “Muslim Fighter Scholars.” IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon is the oldest islamic institute in West Java, Indonesia. IAIN Cirebon has been through some changes and developments from time to time. However, IAIN Cirebon was established since the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah Branch Cirebon was inaugurated on August 12th, 1965. The transformation status of STAIN Cirebon into IAIN Cirebon was firstly initiated in 2007 and inaugurated as Presidential Decree Number 48 of 2010.

Because IAIN Cirebon's location is near the city centre, you can reach IAIN Cirebon by using public transportations.
IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon distances about 56 km or one-hour thirty minutes from Jawa Barat International Airport. If you have a flight to Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK), Tangerang, you must take a train or bus to Cirebon for three to six hours. We can help you to manage your trip to Cirebon.
